Sue White

Director of Prospect Physiotherapy, a chartered physiotherapist and Clinical Lead, Sue qualified in 1992 from Oswestry and North Staffordshire School of Physiotherapy. She worked in Leicester initially and then moved to Taunton Musgrove Park Hospital where she worked for 6 years, developing the rheumatology services. In 2000 she started working at Southmead Hospital in Bristol, running the acute back pain service. In 2003 she started working in private practice, but still works in Southmead hospital as an extended scope practitioner to two orthopaedic consultants who specialise in the hip and knee. This role involves ordering x-rays, blood tests, MRI scans and performing steroid injections. She also recently worked very closely with an upper limb consultant developing her skills and knowledge base in the wrist and hand, elbow and shoulder.

Sue has undertaken post graduate courses since qualifying to develop her skills and to keep her up to date with current best practice. She is committed to providing cost effective treatment to enable patients to get back to full function as soon as possible.

Sue has special interests in cycling injuries, neck and jaw pain, headaches and knee injuries.

Sue is registered and insured with professional governing bodies, the chartered society of physiotherapy and the Health Professions Council.
