Susie Baker

Susie teaches the Alexandra technique.

She was introduced to the Alexander Technique sixteen years ago when as a runner she sought the help of Malcolm Balk, a Canadian Alexander teacher and Running Coach who inspires runners to achieve their goals with more ease and less injury.

As a keen recreational runner, she was pleased with the improvements, and decided to find out how Alexander lessons could help her in other ways, in particular with back pain. Her back pain was helped and so converted, in 2008, she enrolled at the Bristol Alexandra School and after three years of full-time training graduated in July 2011.
